開發者不會透過 Aptenyo JLPT 主動收集、建立或儲存可識別個人的使用者資料（您主動送出的內容回報除外，詳見「內容回報」）。學習進度、收藏與設定預設儲存在使用者裝置上。
App 可能連線至內容傳遞服務以下載圖片、音訊與內容更新。提供基礎網路服務的供應商可能依其一般網路服務流程處理技術性請求資訊，例如 IP 位址與連線紀錄；開發者不會將這些資訊用於使用者追蹤或廣告。
當您在單字卡或測驗中按下「回報問題」或「回報此題」時，App 會將以下資訊傳送到我們的伺服器（由 Cloudflare 代為處理），以便我們修正內容錯誤：被回報的單字或題目編號與級別、測驗類型與選項、App 介面與翻譯語言、App 版本與作業系統平台（iOS／Android）。這些資訊不包含您的姓名、電子郵件、帳號、裝置識別碼、廣告識別碼或位置；我們的伺服器不記錄您的 IP 位址，也無法將回報連結到您本人。回報資料僅用於修正與改善學習內容，不用於追蹤或廣告，不會出售或提供給第三方，並會在 180 天後自動刪除。若無法連線到伺服器，App 會改為開啟您的郵件 App，由您決定是否寄出；此時我們會收到您寄出的郵件內容與寄件地址，僅用於回覆與處理該回報。
一次性購買與回復購買由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 處理。開發者不會取得完整付款卡資訊。商店可能依其政策處理交易與帳號資料。
本 App 不要求提供姓名、生日、位置、聯絡人、照片、健康資料或其他敏感個人資訊。

Aptenyo JLPT is designed as a local-first Japanese-learning app. No account is required, and the app does not use third-party advertising or behavioral analytics.
The developer does not actively collect or store personally identifiable user data through the app. Content reports you choose to send are described below. Learning progress, favorites, and settings are stored on-device by default. The app may contact content-delivery infrastructure to download images, audio, and content updates; infrastructure providers may process standard technical request data as part of providing network service. Content reports: when you tap "Report a problem" or "Report" on a word card or quiz, the app sends the ID and level of the reported word or question, the quiz type and answer choices, the app's interface and translation languages, and the app version and platform (iOS/Android) to our server (operated on our behalf by Cloudflare) so we can fix content errors. This does not include your name, email address, account, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or location; our server does not log your IP address, and reports cannot be linked to you. Report data is used only to improve learning content, is never used for tracking or advertising, is not sold or shared, and is deleted after 180 days. If the server cannot be reached, the app opens your email app instead and you decide whether to send the message. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
